Warranty, Replacement and Return Policy

Return Policy:

You have 14 days to return any unused product in its original packaging for a refund. Keep your receipt to return your purchase. Some exceptions apply.


What you will need:

Your receipt and unused items in their original, unopened packaging are required for all returns and exchanges. We will refund using the same method of original payment (e.g., credit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card account used for payment).


Non-refundable purchases:

• Used bedding (such as bed sheets, quilts, pillows, and pillowcases).

• Stuffed and upholstered products without the original card.

• Products that are made to measure (tailoring).

• Products that have been modified, altered or washed.

• Products sold as is.

• Royal Bed reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of any product at any time, and we may request photo ID.


Mattress Return Policy:

It takes time to get used to your new mattress, so we give you 14 days to make sure it's the right fit. If you don't find your new mattress right, simply return it and choose another one.* When you find the perfect mattress for you, you can enjoy easy, comfortable sleep for years.

• You can exchange your mattress once within 14 days if you are not satisfied with it, provided it is not soiled, has marks, or damaged, and is in its original condition and packaging. Simply return the mattress to the Royal Bed warehouse with your receipt, and we will gladly help you find a better-suited mattress.

• Please note that a new mattress may feel a bit firm at first. Allow at least one month for your body to get used to the mattress and for the mattress to get used to your body. To get the best level of comfort, you also need a suitable pillow. Make sure you get a pillow that fits you and your new mattress.

• If you would like to upgrade your mattress, all we ask is that you pay the difference between the original purchase price and the price of the replacement mattress you choose.

• Our 14-day “Try at Home” return policy applies to all new mattresses but does not apply to bed bases, bed slats, and mattress pads.


In ranks:

We guarantee the return or exchange of the product once within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that it is in its original condition as sold without removing or opening the packaging.

The mattress will be serviced if it sinks more than 4 cm during the warranty period and in accordance with the warranty terms.

-All products cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been removed or opened.

The company guarantees delivery of products only once, according to the shipping and delivery policy published in the store. Otherwise, the customer bears any additional costs.

In the event of returning or exchanging the product after receiving it, the customer will be deducted the shipping and delivery cost with a minimum amount of 150 riyals (one hundred and fifty Saudi riyals), and it may increase depending on the distance between cities.

The company is not responsible for holding the goods for more than 45 days from the date of purchase.

- In the event that the sold product is not available for any reason, the company has the right to ask the customer to replace the product with any other product at the same or higher price, provided that the price difference is paid by the customer.

The warranty does not cover mattresses that have been exposed to liquids, those placed on spring bases, beds with splayed wooden slats, or damaged or broken wooden bases.

-The color of the product may vary between the location and the actual ground due to the difference in lighting at the time of photography. We guarantee a 75% matching rate.

The warranty does not cover any dirt, cuts, or damage to the product resulting from misuse.

Products with special sizes, specifications, details, or similar items cannot be returned or exchanged.

In the event of a refund, the amount will not be paid in cash to the customer, but will be transferred to the customer’s personal account within 20 working days.

The customer must sign the goods receipt or shipping policy upon receiving the products, as this is his acknowledgement of the product’s safety.

Payment is made through one of the methods available in the store.

Delivery and installation are based on the shipping and delivery terms published in the store.

The website has the right to cancel the order in the event of an error, such as setting an incorrect price, running out of stock, or suspicion that it is a fraudulent order.

In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy regarding the return, exchange or warranty policy, reference should be made to the laws of the Ministry of Commerce.

  • The shelf life and warranty period vary for each product.
  • This warranty applies to home use only.
  • To benefit from this warranty, please bring the original purchase invoice to verify the purchase date.

Mattress Warranty:

  • The mattress has sunk by more than 15% of its original height.
  • Broken zipper or wires.
  • Zippers or wires protruding or sticking out of the mattress layers.
  • Unraveling the stitches.
  • Prolapse of the spring or sponge.
  • Sagging mattress sides.

Secret guarantee:

  • Wooden bed ends separated.
  • Bed frame falling.
  • Scratches resulting from transportation, loading, unloading and handling by the company.

Items not covered by warranty:

  • Loss of the official invoice stamped with the warranty seal.
  • Moving the mattress in an inappropriate manner, causing it to warp or bend.
  • Natural slump of less than 15% of the original height of the mattress.
  • Fabric: discoloration, soiling or burning.
  • Handles: They are used to rotate the mattress and adjust its position only. They may come loose if used incorrectly, for example, if the mattress cannot be carried with them.
  • The internal frame carrying the chassis is moved in an inappropriate manner, causing it to be bent or twisted.
  • Using mattresses or beds for purposes other than those intended, such as jumping on them, sitting on their edges in one place permanently, or bending, carrying, or handling them incorrectly, which may cause damage to them.
  • The mattress springs sag when using beds that are not designed for the mattress.
  • Moisture and liquid spills: Any liquid leakage on mattresses or beds can damage them.
  • Failure to follow the accompanying usage instructions, which require rotating the mattress periodically every month.
  • Poor storage in unsuitable places.
  • Using incorrect cleaning materials or methods, such as using caustic or abrasive materials on fabrics.
  • Broken or folded mattress.



Terms of return, repair and exchange


Return Terms:

Royal Bed mattresses and beds sold may be returned within 24 hours of purchase under the following conditions:

  1. The size must be standard size.
  2. The presence of the original invoice.
  3. The product must be in its original condition, identical to the one received by the customer.
  4. The product must be packaged in a Royal Bud nylon bag.


Repair and replacement period:

  • The warranty covers free repair or replacement of damaged parts in the event of a manufacturing defect. The warranty does not mean replacing the product or refunding its value.
  • It will be free of charge for the entire warranty period, according to the warranty terms stated above.
  • The mattress will be withdrawn from the customer based on the original invoice.
  • The repair time takes a maximum of (15 days) depending on the customer’s area.
  • Once the repair is completed, the product will be returned with the original invoice stamped by the warranty department.

Repair terms worth:

  • The financial value is estimated after examining the mattress.
  • Adjust the sizes according to the quality of the mattress and its expected lifespan.
  • The fabric and parts of the mattress' inner fillings can be changed.
