• The entire family is considered a (detail) and cannot be replaced or returned after confirming the order and agreeing on all the details.
• Bed detailing takes 3-10 working days depending on the offer periods.

(mattresses)

• Custom-made mattresses are considered "tailor-made" and cannot be exchanged or returned after the order is confirmed.
• Mattress detailing takes 3-5 working days.
