Delivery and shipping policy within the Kingdom:
- We guarantee to deliver the product within 15 working days of placing the order.
- Free shipping for one time only to the cities we are located in (Jeddah - Mecca - Rabigh) if the total order value is 500 riyals or more. In the event of a product being returned, the customer will bear the return fees for the intact products to the nearest "Royal Bed" warehouse.
- The shipping cost is 150 riyals to the cities where we are located, if the total order value is less than 500 riyals.
- The customer bears the shipping costs to cities where we are not present, according to the prices shown on the website.
- We guarantee to deliver the product to the customer only once, otherwise the customer will bear the additional costs.
- The customer must inspect the product and ensure that it is free of any damage before the delivery representative leaves. His signature on the receipt or shipping policy is considered his acknowledgment of the product's safety.
- In case of returning the product, the customer must ship or deliver the product to the nearest Royal Bed branch.
- In case a return policy is requested, the return policy fee will be deducted from the product value.
- We have the right to contact the applicant directly via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
- The site has the right to cancel the order in the event of an error, such as setting an incorrect price, running out of stock, or suspicion of a fraudulent order.
