A patented soft mattress with individually wrapped springs. Temperature plays a key role in the sleep process; our bodies need to lower their temperature before we can fall asleep. So, to drift off quickly, we need to find the "perfect point" of temperature. The Sense Ice mattress does just that.

Mattress care

Using a mattress protector and changing it regularly (at least once a week) extends the lifespan of the mattress and makes it healthier.

(Note: Scientifically, the body needs 30 days to get used to a new mattress, and we recommend 50 days)

🔁 Exchange and return (Standard sizes, 30-day trial period. The customer can return or exchange if the Sense Ace mattress does not suit him/her).

🔄 Product exchange policy due to size difference

If a customer orders a product in an unsuitable size or different from the size requested at the time of purchase, he has the right to request to exchange the product for another size, provided that the customer bears the actual transportation and exchange fees, which are estimated according to his location and the shipping cost, and usually range between 50 to 200 Saudi Riyals depending on the city.

However, if it is proven that the error was caused by the factory in preparing or delivering the size, the replacement will be free of charge without any additional fees.

To be eligible for an exchange request, the product must meet the following conditions:

• In its original condition in terms of packaging and cleanliness.
• Unused or damaged.
• Submit the replacement request within a period not exceeding 3 days from the date of receipt.
